[Trainer Tips: Beware rolling rock pokemon! Look up if you see a shadow and dive!] Spiral Mountain, the second largest mountain of the dregga region (next to Frost-peak) is a network of spiral paths leading up the steep faces of the mountain. Rolling pokemon (rock-type and otherwise) hurl themselves off of the spiral path when they cannot make the sharp turns and go off the side, crashing onto the continued path below. Like a torrential land-slide trainers, travelers and even the wild pokemon themselves must be wary of hardy pokemon falling from great heights from not turning in time. The pokemon here are tough from all the falling and rolling they do. Human travelers should exercise extreme caution if they wish to ascend the mountain.
