Popilu Town is a quiet suburb of a much larger city. The outskirts of the town have many small parks littered with trees perfect for the monkey-pokemon which inhabit them. While there are few houses which litter the town, it is home to the resident pokemon professor of the Dregga Region. The Pokemon Professor's lab is easily the largest building in the small town and where numerous journeys of adventure and excitement in the Dregga Region have begun.
